Foundation- In the Foundation phase, we focus on gathering key information about your current lifestyle, dietary habits, and health goals while introducing simple, achievable nutrition habits. This stage lays the groundwork for lasting change by helping you become aware of what, when, and how you eat. You’ll learn the basics of balanced nutrition, start incorporating small but impactful adjustments, and begin building consistency—without feeling overwhelmed—so you have a strong base to grow from.Structure- In the Structure phase, we take your foundational habits and refine them into a clear, personalized plan that fits your busy schedule. Together, we adjust food choices, eating patterns, and portion strategies to align with your specific goals, whether that’s improved energy, weight management, or better overall health. This phase introduces practical tools for meal planning, grocery shopping, and eating on the go, while providing accountability and support to ensure the changes are sustainable and realistic for your lifestyle.Habit/Lifestyle - The Habit & Lifestyle phase is where your new routines become second nature. Here, we focus on maintaining progress, deepening your understanding of your body’s needs, and empowering you to make confident nutrition decisions without feeling restricted. You’ll learn how to adapt your eating habits to different life situations—travel, events, or changing work demands—while keeping your health a priority. By the end, your personalized nutrition plan will feel effortless, supporting your long-term well-being and busy life.

I’m Andrew Pruniski, founder of BusyLife Nutrition. With over 20 years of experience as a chef, I’ve spent my career balancing long hours, demanding schedules, and the need to stay healthy and energized. I hold certifications in both Culinary Arts and Nutrition, giving me a unique perspective on how food can be both nourishing and delicious.My journey has taken me from the vibrant kitchens of Phoenix, Arizona to eight unforgettable years in Maui, Hawaii—each place shaping my passion for fresh, flavorful, and balanced meals. Having lived the fast-paced life of a chef, I deeply understand the challenges of eating well when time is limited.At BusyLife Nutrition, I combine my culinary expertise with nutrition coaching to help busy professionals create structure, develop healthy habits, and stay accountable—without sacrificing taste or joy in eating. My goal is to help you find the same balance I’ve learned: food that fuels your life and fits your schedule.
